Hair fall treatment

Here is a smooth, non-sticky, good-fragrance, long-shelf-life commercial-style herbal hair oil formula that can be bottled and sold.
(It uses industry-style ratios but stays natural and safe.)

๐ŸŒฟ Commercial-Style Herbal Hair Oil Formula (250 ml Batch)

๐Ÿงด 1. Base Oil Blend (Carrier Oils) – 80% of total

For 250 ml final product:

  • Coconut Oil (Refined or Cold-Pressed) – 100 ml
  • Sesame Oil (Refined) – 60 ml
  • Castor Oil (USP Grade) – 20 ml
  • Sweet Almond Oil – 20 ml

Reason:
This mixture gives shine, reduces hair fall, and improves spreadability (non-sticky).

๐Ÿƒ 2. Active Herbal Extracts – 15% of total

Use extracts, not raw powders. This gives:

  • No residue
  • Longer shelf life
  • Clearer oil
  • Premium look (like branded oils)

Herbal Extracts (Oil-Soluble)

  • Bhringraj Extract – 5 ml
  • Brahmi Extract – 3 ml
  • Amla Extract (oil soluble) – 3 ml
  • Hibiscus Extract – 2 ml
  • Fenugreek (Methi) Extract – 2 ml

Reason:
These extracts dissolve in oil and remain stable for months.

๐ŸŒธ 3. Essential Oils (Fragrance + Benefits) – 1%

Total essential oil content: 2.5 ml

Choose a good aromatic blend:

Option A: Floral Herbal (Commercial Styling)

  • Lavender Essential Oil – 1 ml
  • Rosemary Essential Oil – 1 ml
  • Tea Tree Oil – 0.5 ml

Option B: Fresh Ayurvedic

  • Lemongrass – 1.5 ml
  • Peppermint – 0.5 ml
  • Rosemary – 0.5 ml

๐Ÿ›ก 4. Antioxidant & Stabilizer – 4%

Prevents rancidity & extends shelf life (6–12 months).

  • Vitamin E (Tocopherol) – 4 ml
  • OR Rosemary Antioxidant (ROE) – 3 ml
