๐ฟ Unani Hair Oil for Hair Fall (Roghan-e-Sha‘r)
๐ฏ Purpose (Unani Concept)

This oil:
✔ Strengthens roots
✔ Reduces excess heat
✔ Improves blood supply
✔ Prevents dryness & dandruff
๐งพ Ingredients (Classical + Practical)

๐ฅ Preparation Method (Authentic & Safe)
Step 1: Coarse Powder
- Grind all dry herbs coarsely (not fine powder)
Step 2: Soaking (Important Unani Step)
- Add herbs to 250 ml sesame oil
- Let soak overnight (8–12 hours)
➡️ This improves extraction and prevents burning
Step 3: Slow Heating (NOT boiling)
- Use double boiler method
- Heat on very low flame
- Stir occasionally
- Continue until:
- Bubbling stops
- Herbs look dark
- Moisture fully evaporates
⏱ Time: 60–90 minutes
⚠️ Never burn the herbs — burnt oil causes more hair fall
Step 4: Cooling & Filtering
- Let oil cool completely
- Filter using:
- Muslin cloth (best)
- Press herbs well
- Keep oil in amber glass bottle
๐งด How to Use (Unani Way)
- Apply lukewarm oil
- Massage gently for 5–7 minutes
- Leave minimum 2 hours or overnight
- Wash with mild herbal shampoo
- Use 2–3 times/week
